Any return or exchange on FULL-PRICE merchandise will be accepted by mail within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise. You will provide the return shipping, and product must be in the condition of which it was received. There will be a 3% restocking fee.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
